A very warm welcome to Laceyfields Academy's website. We are a small infant and nursery school serving the heart of Heanor. Children come to us at the age of three and sometimes four- it is an honour to be part of their childhood journey. Our Laceyfields' family are hardworking and they are passionate about helping your child/children develop holistically.  We have high expectations and we are committed to delivering the very best education. We strive for all to feel a sense of belonging, security, enjoyment and to succeed. Our values play an important part in developing children as life long learners. We offer fulfilling opportunities and experiences across the curriculum in all year groups and our nursery children reap the rewards of being part of a school setting. 

We are very proud of our school. Come and see our treasures hidden at the back of our school. We have a purpose built Early Years outdoor learning area, two playgrounds, a field, a forest area, a pond and an environmental area.
